General Info

All orders are generally processed and shipped within 5-7 business days via UPS or USPS. Carrier transit time on average is 3-5 days for most residences. Tracking info is provided to the email address on file at time of shipment.

Orders may be placed on hold and delivery delayed during periods of extreme heat or cold.

Additional Details

Undeliverable packages due to incorrectly provided address information will incur additional shipping charges prior to re-delivery attempt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: If a PO box delivery is required, the delivery address must include the physical USPS Post Office building address & PO Box #.

Shipping Charges

Shipping & handling rates are based on a number of factors including package weight & size as well as delivery region. Heavy duty boxes and packing materials are utilized to ensure your bulbs are delivered in peak condition. Complimentary heat packs may be included at our discretion.

Base shipping rates are as follows:

East Coast: $10.95

Midwest: $11.95

West Coast: $12.95
