Terms & Conditions

All orders must be opened and inspected immediately upon delivery. Quality issues, shipment damage claims or invoice discrepancies must be reported to info@omnia-botanica.com no later than 7 days from delivery date. Dahlia tubers that fail to sprout must be reported no later than July 1st. We reserve the right to request photographs and/or a return of product prior to refund or replacement approval.

Please note: While your purchase satisfaction is our top priority, growing & flowering performance due to circumstances beyond our control are not covered by our guarantee or eligible for reimbursement. Buyer assumes all liability related to post-purchase storage & growing conditions, weather events and horticultural practices.
